We are three!

We are pregnant! 17 weeks today. I would love to get some photos of my belly later down the track. I love this set by Michael Sweet on Flickr.

De Gournay

One day I hope to decorate a room with some exquisite handpainted wallpaper like these from De Gournay. Had I had such a room as a child I bet I would have spent hours imagining these scenes to life, creating magical worlds and stories in my little childish head.

Lovin’ our new sunnies from freshly baked, Byron Bay, boutique eyewear label, ANJA. Another creative and inspiring enterprise from my favourite place in the whole world. You just can’t hold these people back! Limited stock so get in early.

T-shirt Research

Ha! Desperate for new t-shirts again! At first I wasn’t sure about this one but it’s growing on me more and more. Plaid-apus at Threadless. And I’ve been keen to get the other one for ages from No Wire Hangers at Etsy.

Black Swan

Influenced by Polish and Czech film posters from the 60s and 70s, La Boca has created a beautiful set of posters for Black Swan the recent film by Darren Aronofsky.

Holiday Pics

Wow! Croatia blew us away. Croatia has a smell. It smells like cypress and salt water and sunshine. Each island has it’s own flavour, from cosmopolitan chic to sleepy fishing villages floating like jewels in the Adriatic. And I cannot think of a more romantic place in all the world! We also spent three weeks in Ireland. Starting at the top, Malin Head, and heading south, we hugged the coast hoping for surf but finding instead our history, our ancestors. Things I had assigned to an irrelevant past, here, could have happened only yesterday.
